Day 01 / Arrival Guwahati
Arrive Guwahati, meet assist at the airport and transfer to Hotel. Night stay in Guwahati.Green Triangle
Day 02 / Guwahati - Kaziranga National Park
After leisurely breakfast, sightseeing tour to Kamakhya Temple, a Major Hindu Pilgrimage site. During Ambubashi festival more than a million devotees throng this sacred place. Later proceed to famous Kaziranga National park (220 kms 4 hrs drive). Arrive and check in to a resort. Night stay at Kaziranga.
Day 03 / Kaziranga
Early morning excursion for central Range of Kaziranga National Park on Elephant Safari. Visit the eastern range on a jeep safari. After lunch start for Western Range of Kaziranga National Park on jeep. Night stay in Kaziranga.
Day 04 / Kaziranga - Shillong
Early morning drive to Shillong (280 kms 6 hrs drive). Lunch en-route at Borapani Umiam Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. Arrive and check in to your hotel. Later visit the local market. Night stay in Shillong.
Day 05 / Shillong
Cherrapunjee, Waterfalls, Cave, Lake.
After breakfast visit Cherrapunjee (60 kms 1 ½ Hrs), the wettest place in the world. The beautiful waterfall-Noh-ka-likai is at Cherrapunjee you can also explore some of the caves in and around Cherrapunjee. Later drive back to Shillong, en-route visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Night stay in Shillong.
Day 06 / Shillong-Guwahati - Ward lake, Hydari Park
Mprning visit Ward Lake and Hydari Park. Shillong is also called Scotland of the East. It is erstwhile capital of undivided Assam and present Northeast and home to the Khasi highland tribes. Later drive back to Guwahati. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Night stay in Guwahati.
Day 07 / Departure
Transfer in time to airport for onward journey.
